Health Systems Software Engineer

Design, develop, implement and support medical center software for the purpose of streamlining health care processes and improving systems and data integration.

• Developed XML/XSLT transformation engines for dynamic generation of on-the-fly PDF documents for printing prescriptions. Currently being implemented throughout the medical center.
• Developed service component which has become the primary mechanism of accessing enterprise lab result data and electronic medical record documents through a proprietary legacy socket service.
• Develop Internet application facilitating patients' abity to access medical records, billing statements and communicate with the medical center.
• Develop and provide 24x7 on-call support for enterprise integration system and SOA components, essential to operation of nearly all other medical center applications.
